Metrotile - maintenance

Metrotile are extensively used to roof park homes made in the UK.

These are recognised widely as the preferred roof protection and these come with a long 40 year warranty.

As excellent as this product is and the degree of confidence that the manufacturer has for this system, there is nonetheless a maintenance strategy that must be carried out to maintain the validity of the warranty.

Particular note should be taken with regard to the last paragraph which states 'Failure to carry this maintenance program will void the coating warranty'.
